Happy Wednesday! Today, we are going to be sharing another downloadable workout for y’all! In case you missed they last one, you can check it out in this post. Each day (workout) is split into a muscle group with rep amounts, set amounts, and weight amounts. We also are giving a few tips as well. This workout schedule is available for download for $10. We are all about black workout gear. First off, it doesn’t show your sweat, ew! And, it just looks so classic! This bra is more for yoga, since it is not super supportive, but we love the cutout detailing on it. These mesh leggings are super fun, and they are a fun twist on a basic black crop. We are wearing XXS for reference! This pair is also similar and super cute!
These flyknit shoes are our FAVE for working out. We own them in 3 colors, and just ordered them in another color! They are so comfy.

We wanted to share this recipe with you all because we actually are going to try and make it this week! It looks delicious! We love caprese salad, but since we usually don’t eat cheese we are going to leave it off, but it would be delicious with it on, too!
