It is Wednesday, so that means it is Wellness Wednesday! We got such a good response from our first Amazon Favorites series, so we are sharing some new ones that are wellness edition! We don’t know about you all, but we order things on Amazon Prime daily.

This alarm clock is so cool because it has light therapy so it simulates a sunrise to help with sleep and energy. You can also go to sleep with a dimming sunset and sounds. There is also a speaker that plays different sounds to wake up to.
We have had this pillow for several years and LOVE it! Our parents ended up getting it, too! The best part is it is only $60 and you can re-fluff it by sticking it in the dryer!
