We had found these awesome brown rice noodles at the grocery store a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t wait to try them!
We decided to make a healthy pad thai with them and it turned out AMAZING! Even better, it was full of veggies AND super easy to make!
This box comes with 4 “bags” of noodles. We shared one of the bags for this meal. Also,we didn’t add protein in ours since we had some trout on the side, but you could definitely add eggs, shrimp, chicken, steak, etc.
