We don’t know about y’all, but ever since we can remember, we have been HUGE fans of chicken nuggets and ketchup! We remember we used to get so excited for the weekends because that meant our parents were going on a date, and we were staying with the babysitter. That all meant one thing: fun times, chicken nuggets, and rice krispies (but, we’ll save a healthy take on that for another blog post;))
Obviously, the chicken nuggets we ate back then, or at McDonald’s, are made a little differently, and have far less nutrition than the ones we are sharing! These are gluten-free and grain free, and loaded with healthy fats and protein! Sounds too good to be true, right!? WRONG! Even, better, they are SO easy to make, and you can even make a big batch and keep the rest in the freezer for leftovers!
