Happy Friday! TGIF! Hope you all had a great week. We have a super jam-packed weekend with the rewardStyle Conference in Dallas this weekend, plus we are going on a fun trip on Sunday that we can’t wait to share with y’all! We had a few requests to share some closet organization tips, so we are going to be covering some of our favorites + this super easy, dressed up denim short look– perfect for spring and summer! Before we get into our tips, we want to talk about these ADORABLE yellow shoes! They are the perfect pop of color for any outfit and they are low enough to wear with shorts or rompers!
We paired them with this super cute hat (great for the beach!) and this black crossbody bag goes with everything and also comes in a ligher tan color.
As far as closet organization tips, here are ours:
- Use proper hangers
- satin hangers for delicate camis and tops
- wood hangers for jackets
- space saving hangers for everything else
- Stack shoes in plastic boxes on a shelf
- Fold sweaters and delicate clothing that would stretch on a hanger on a shelf or canvas shelf hanger.
- Organize clothing by type: jeans, dresses, shorts, tees, etc.
- Color code: whites, blacks, greys, reds, etc.
- Hang extra shoes on your door with this hanger
- Use an industrial clothing rack to hold extra clothes
- Store accessories like scarves in clear drawers
