How To Pamper Yourself On A Budget

How To Pamper Yourself On A Budget | adoubledose.com

It is Monday, so in case you all didn’t get the recharge you needed over the weekend, we are sharing some ways to give yourself some pampering on a budget! Plus, chances are with a case of the Mondays, you need some zen moments, right?!

Before we get into that, we want to share this spring and summer look with you all! We are super petite, so in case you missed our tips on styling a kimono or duster for petites, you can check out this post! We are only 5’1″, so sometimes wearing a duster or kimono can swallow us up!

This lace duster from Sole Society is the perfect length because you can wear it with jeans, over dresses, or over shorts. You can also wear it over a swimsuit to the beach or pool.

We paired this lace duster with some white denim shorts and a black cami for an easy look. We love that this duster dresses up the outfit, and adds something unique to it! You can also pair this outfit with some white jeans, instead of the shorts.

We styled this super cute translucent tote with it (these are SO in right now!!) and these ivory studded slide sandals. These sandals are actually more of a thong sandal because they have the separation in the toe. They fit true-to-size–we have size 6.5 for reference, and they come in black, too!

Sole Society is the first place we go to pick out accessories like bags and shoes. They are affordable, have the best “on trend” pieces, without being too-trendy, and they have the best shoes!

And, now for our tips on pampering at home! We don’t know about you all, but we could always use some pampering, and we don’t always want to spend a ton of money on it.

Here we go!

REFLOXOLOGY:

One of our favorite things to do, is get a massage, but who can spend a couple hundred dollars often to do that? Enter reflexology, where you can get a great massage for $35 for an HOUR! Isn’t that a great deal? We go every couple weeks, and they also massage your feet, which feels amazing!

BATHS:

Another thing we love to do, and something we have been trying to do more of is take baths. We have been using bath bombs or lavender epsom salts to soak in, and it feels so good!

DIY MANI/PEDI:

Of course, we love treating ourselves to a mani/pedi at a salon, but if you’re on a budget, you can do your own at home! They have so many DIY gel polishes, and ones that last longer than your typical mani, like this Essie Gel Couture color.

DIY FOOT WRAP:

Grab a pair of fuzzy socks, some coconut oil, and some lavender essential oil, and you have a great and inexpensive foot wrap! Lather on the coconut oil with a few drops of the oil, and slip on your fuzzy socks with aloe!

LIGHT A CANDLE AND DO SOME A RELAXING YOGA FLOW OR MEDITATION:

We love lighting some calming candles like this one and putting on an easy and relaxing yoga flow or doing a meditation to calm our anxiety. It helps more than you would think!
