With July 4th in just a couple of days (can you believe it?!), we thought we would share a couple of outfit ideas to wear to a BBQ or picnic. Of course, I am sure we will all by the pool and in a swimsuit at some point, but for some events, you want to look put-together and chic! 
It is SO hot in Texas right now, so the last thing I want to do is wear something tight or stuffy. This flowy tank is perfect for this weather.
This outfit is great for an outdoor barbecue or cookout. The black criss-cross cami is super breathable and light and is super chic, but also has some edge to it with the detailing at the top. 
We paired it with some white distressed jeans that are perfect for summer. 
Can we talk about how CUTE this watermelon bag is? I mean, isn’t it SO perfect for this holiday weekend? It can be worn with dresses, shorts, etc, but I just love the pop it brings to this outfit. 
I also paired it with these gold and black espadrille wedges that are super comfy because of the platform, but give you some heigh (which I always need, haha).
And, for a little bit of a different look, how cute is this lace, flowy dress?! This one is perfect for a barbecue or outdoor party because you can pair it with some red or blue sandals, or even a red bag to get festive!

The lace detailing on the top is so delicate, and is super flattering on any body! We are smaller in our chests, and this fit perfectly. The back is also adorable with the criss-cross straps! I love that the bottom is longer, but not too long that you can wear flats with it!
We paired the dress with these floral sandals that add the perfect summer pop of color! 
All of the pieces we are wearing can definitely be worn for different occasions and other barbecues the rest of the summer and then transition into fall! We are all about versatile pieces!

We hope you all have some fun plans for July 4th. It is one of our favorite holidays. I just love how everyone gets so into it and really shows their patriotism. Plus, how cute are red,white, and blue together?! We are going to be by the pool at our parents’ house in El Paso. We can’t wait to grill, relax with our family, and just enjoy the sunshine!
