It is not surprising that shoulders are our favorite muscle group to train. We love working out (obviously), but we legitimately get excited to train shoulders.
We were not training in our usual home gym, so we had to adjust and make use of the equipment they had there. Like anything else, change and adjustment can be good! It forces you to get out of your comfort zone, and in this case, it makes you workout with others you usually do not train with, use new machines, or try new exercises (even if you end up looking or feeling ridiculous!)
This gym has benches that are very tall, so for mini-sized people like us, it makes it difficult to do any seated presses without having bad form or feeling uncomfortable, so we stuck to a lot of standing exercises.
