We have to say, we are usually not too fond of the protein powder-y taste that comes with most protein powders. We have tried many pancake recipes that have that distinct protein “taste”. These pancakes do have protein powder in them, but since they have other ingredients in the batter, you don’t taste it as much!
These actually turn out so fluffy and are super easy to make! You can also double or triple the recipe to make more!
