Happy Sunday! We hope all of you are enjoying the weekend and are having great weather by you! We have been so lucky to have perfect, sunny weather for over a week now. After all of that horrible rain we had, I think we deserve it!:)
We have been so busy juggling so many things that we find ourselves not taking enough time to relax and decompress. Do any of you all have that issue? We are so type A that it can be hard for us to stop working and take time for ourselves. It is SO important to learn how to find a balance, so we are trying to work on that!

Those INCREDIBLE strawberry filled Pop-Tarts were our favorite, but are not the most nutritious choice for breakfast. Our version of those flaky breakfast treats are not only great for you, but are packed with protein, healthy fats, fiber, and fresh strawberries. Plus, how cute are these round shapes?! So easy to grab and go in the mornings!
