What To Wear To A Spring Wedding

It is wedding season, so that means it is time to stock up on some great spring dresses! Of course, who wants to spend money on a dress you probably won’t wear again? We wanted to share some great dress options that you could wear over and over again, and also for spring events and holidays coming up like Easter. This pink maxi dress is $88, and comes in 8 colors! They even have some great floral prints, which are so fun!
We love the flow and cut of this dress! It is super flattering in all the right places, and we love the delicate cold shoulder detailing on the shoulders. We are wearing a 00, and are 5’1″, for reference. This dress also comes in this version, which is also gorgeous!
We paired it with some neutral peep-toe pumps. Ours are older, but this pair and this pair are similar to ours, and would go with everything!For a spring wedding, you want to stick to light, flowy colors like pastels. We also love floral prints, and even some black ones! You could go maxi length, mid-length, or mini, depending on how dressy the wedding is.

We chose to go with David Yurman (a major favorite of ours), a gorgeous cuff from Alexis Bittar, and a classic Hermès bracelet.

Hats can be great for so many reasons. One of the being hiding a super dirty head of hair;) You all already know that we try to avoid washing our hair too often, meaning our hair gets dirty, and we need a good hat to cover it up, haha. This hat is great for a casual, spring outfit like this one, and can also be worn with a swimsuit at the pool or beach!
This white off shoulder tunic from Chicwish is perfect for spring! It has the cutest detailing on the top and is light and flowy! You could even wear it over a swimsuit, too! I am wearing it off-shoulder, but you could wear it higher up on your shoulders. We styled this white tunic with some ripped jeans (these jeans are our fave, have perfect rips!) We are wearing a size 25 for reference! They are a little tight, and don’t stretch much, just so you know when you’re trying to pick a size!
This tan tote is great for everyday, and also for travel! it fits a ton in it, and it is a great neutral color!We have been wearing these slingback booties pretty much every day because they are SO comfortable, and go with everything!

Bright Peplum Tee

Red Peplum Top Under $30

Happy Monday! How are you all doing with the time change?! Not going to lie, I am totally scrambling to get this done this morning. I (Alexis) got up early yesterday, and it ended up being a long, but fun day, so needless to say, I did not get this post done last night. I told myself I would get up early this morning and do it, but of course it is still dark out, even at 7 AM, so I am drinking all the coffee;) Oh, I also didn’t mention that I was up late watching “Big Little Lies”. Have you all seen it? I am obsessed!This red peplum top is on MAJOR sale for under $30, and comes in white, too! It is pretty low on sizes (we are wearing an XS, and probably could have gone with a P XXS for a tighter fit). We found this red peplum one that is almost identical in stock in all sizes!
You could wear this top without a big statement necklace, but we loved the way this one adds something fun to the outfit!

These ripped black jeans are our favorite by far! They have a great stretch, perfect rips in the knees, and are $70! We usually wear a 25×30, for reference! These black wedges are the same pair we have in tan that we wear all of the time! Great news! They’re in stock in black here and here!This floral purse strap is something we have been getting a lot of questions about! It is super affordable, and you could hook it on to any bag!

The BEST Sunless Tanner

We have been getting a lot of questions about what our favorite tanners are. We have never used a tanning bed, and have only gotten a spray tan once, although those are great for events!

Our favorite self tanner by far is the St. Tropez one! We use the mitt with it and we LOVE it! It can be a bit pricier but it works SO well! It doesn’t have that funky smell that most have, and you actually look bronze instead of orange! Also, it doesn’t leave you streak when you use the mitt. Even better, you don’t get any embarrassing marks on your hands because you use the mitt! The tanner is a mouse and goes on bronze so you can see where it goes on and you have instant color! They also have this starter kit that comes with the mitt!

We apply it every day until we get the color we want, or you could do it every other day!

We even have gotten our mom hooked on it, too! We definitely think guys could use this one, too!

We created a quick video of how we apply it. It literally takes just a few minutes to apply! You can apply moisturizer before you use it, or just apply some once it fully dries.

A quick note: the instructions say to apply the tanner foam directly on the mitt, but we apply the foam on our skin first and then use the mitt to rub it in. If you use this method, you need to move quickly, you’ll end up with streaks, and nobody wants that!;)
