Happy Friday! We wanted to do a quick post of what we have tried on recently/bought so you all could get them before they sell out! For reference, we are 5’1″ and about 100lbs, and are wearing the smallest size (usually XXS or XS) in most pieces!LOVE this sweater! It is perfect for spring and the blush color is perfect!
We know y’all probably have seen this sweater a million times, but it is so cute! We love the ruffle detailing on it, and it also comes in black!
This purple tee is is a great layering piece, and we love that it has a more distressed look and fun, ruffly sleeves!
First off, these jeans are the perfect distressed pair! Just a warning, they are VERY high-waisted, but stretchy and they’re $75. This cardigan is a great piece for spring, and we love the olive tee underneath with it!
This sweater is another great one for spring, and we love the color mix in it. Also, these white jeans are a great pair and they are $60!
This exact sweater isn’t available, but this version with the lace is!
If you’re looking for a striped top, this tee is a great one! It also comes in the reverse (mostly white with black stripes!) Also, these jeans are another stretchy pair. They have a lot of rips, but we kind of like that for some outfits!
This thermal is one of our favorites! We have it in two colors, and it just fits amazing! It is looser, but tight on the arms and long enough to cover your butt!
This grey top is THE softest. Literally want to live in it!
There is nothing better than jeans + a comfy tee! This adorable olive tee is just $17 and comes in other colors like a really pretty distressed grey, which we also got! It is SO soft, and great for layering all-year-round! We are wearing XXS for reference and are about 5’1″.One of our favorite ways to dress up this classic look is with some darker-washed jeans, (also this version is under $60!) and some heeled booties! These peep-toe ones are literally the comfiest heeled shoes we own! They are AMAZING. Plus, they look great with everything! This suede + leather drape jacket is amazing and so comfy! The leather is like butter and so smooth, but we love how it is more causal because of the suede mixed into it! This one is on sale for $60, which is a steal! We love that it is a lighter jacket, so you can wear it into spring, and even summer. Can you all believe that this bag is just $28?! Besides the fact that it is super cute, it actually holds a good amount, AND it’s a dupe for the very expensive version!;) Hope y’all have a great rest of your week! In case you missed it, we shared our weekly workout post yesterday! You can check it out HERE!

Speaking of valetines, we are thinking of writing a more personal post on dating. It is definitely different than what we typically write about, but since both of us have dated and been on dating apps this past year, we thought it would be fun to share!
Happy Wednesday, y’all! In case you missed the first couple posts of this workout series we started this year, you can check it out here and here and here! Below, you will find videos, several of our workouts from the week, as well as a breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipe that we have tried or are planning on making this week!
As far as cardio goes,we will do anywhere from 20-45 minutes of cardio, usually on the stair master, followed by weight training (each muscle group a different day). Every body is different, and you definitely don’t need to do that much cardio each day, just whatever you feel up to, or feel like you can handle at this time! We used to do ZERO, so just find what works best for you!
This week, we are sharing a back and core workout!
This is the back workout we just did this past Sunday:

As far as cooking and meal prepping, we like to have some kind of protein prepped for the week, like grilled chicken or salmon baked in the oven. That way, we can just add it to salads or veggies for lunch or dinner in 5 minutes! Nobody wants to have to come home and make a full
This baked berry oatmeal is a great option for busy mornings, and has a great mix of flavors! This can be made for the week and then served with some eggs for protein!

1tbsp olive oil
1tbspminced garlic
1/4cuppure maple syrup
5tbspcourse ground dijon mustard(looks like a mixture of smooth and wholegrain mustard)
2tbspwater
2cupssweet potato, 1/2-inch wedges
8ozgreen beans, cut in half
2sprigsrosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
Set oven rack in the center of the oven and preheat oven to 400°F.
Trim any excess fat or skin from the chicken thighs. Generously season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
Heat a large oven-proof pan over medium-high heat and add in olive oil. When oil is hot, carefully add in chicken thighs, skin side down. Sear for 5 minutes until skin is crispy and browned, flip over. Turn off heat. Carefully drain chicken grease from the pan, leaving 2 tablespoons. Heat pan over medium heat.
Add garlic to the pan with the chicken, and saute for 1 minute. Meanwhile, combine the mustard sauce ingredients.
In a small bowl combine maple syrup, mustard, and water. Add to pan and stir with garlic to combine. Add the sweet potatoes and coat with the sauce. Simmer in the sauce for 2 minutes. Season chicken and potatoes with salt and pepper, and small sprigs of rosemary around the pan. Transfer to pre-heated oven and cook for 30 minutes.
In a medium-sized bowl lightly drizzle cut green beans with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Remove pan from the oven and remove rosemary. Add in green beans and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the green beans are bright green and crisp. The chicken should be cooked through (155-165°F on a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh) and sweet potatoes are tender. Serve hot and enjoy.
It is slowly warming up in Dallas, but we know it is still super cold for most of y’all, and will be for the next couple of months! We remember when puffer vests first came out in elementary school circa 2000 (aka GAP era) Do you all remember?! We used to rock the silver puffer jackets back in the day;)We know when you typically think of puffer vests, you probably think it is either super nerdy, or just doesn’t look put-together (or maybe most of y’all do!) We decided we show a cute and super easy way to style a puffer vest, without looking frumpy (and also staying super warm)! We paired our puffer vest with some leather leggings and our favorite grey slip ons! Underneath, we wore a simple grey tee. This vest also looks super cute with ripped jeans and a plaid shirt underneath! This super cute braided top bun was done by our amazing hair stylist, Hair by Viviana in Dallas! She also does our color!
Check back tomorrow for our weekly workout post! Xo
If y’all are looking for a GREAT pair of workout crops, these are a must! They fit amazing, and come in a bunch of colors. They also come in black, which is a great basic! We love this top for working out or yoga, and are major fans of anything open back or with cutouts! This one is a great color, and goes with everything! I layered it on top of a strappy back bra, similar bra here! This Fossil Q watch is SO cool. It is the newest smart watch from Fossil, and is touchscreen. It looks like a regular watch, but it syncs with your phone and tracks everything! You can also switch out the bands, which we LOVE! These flyknit shoes are THE best! SO comfy and look cute with regular leggings, too! I found some on sale here and here! And, now for the outtakes because they were waaay too funny not to share!;) Check the blog Wednesday for this week’s workout post, and if you missed last week’s post, you can check it out here!
