Hope you all are having a good start to the week! We know this is a tough time for everyone, so we hope that we can be a place you can come to to decompress, and take your mind off this whole crisis. We had some requests to do a “how to style” or “ways to wear” something, so we thought we would share four ways to style this snakeskin print dress (which is actually 40% off right now!)
We have size xs on for reference, and are wearing it with some nude heels in size 7 (use code SM25 for 25% off)!
In case you missed our last episode of An Extra Dose, you can listen to that here!
A little about this episode:
On this episode of An Extra Dose Podcast, we are sharing all of your best dating and marriage advice, as well as how you met your partners. Alexis is discussing her current dating update, and Samantha is sharing her dating and relationship advice, as well as how she met her boyfriend, Taylor. Their favorites include items they are using a lot during this social distancing period.
We didn’t get our second hole in our ears pierced until last fall, but we are SO glad we did. We kind of want a third piercing, but for now, we wanted to share some ways to layer earrings. Similar to necklace and other jewelry layering, there is a method to it, and it is fun to play around!
we love mixing up metals like gold, rose gold, and silver. That way, it all goes together and you can’t really go wrong. We love these stackable rings are so pretty and we love that you can wear them separate or together.
This cuff earring is so cool because it looks like you have a double piercing, but you really only need one hole to wear it! It also looks cute with other earrings.
We found all of these earrings and necklaces to layer at Nordstrom. Since we can’t shop in store, we LOVE that we can order everything online, and either pick up in store, or have it shipped directly to our house!
We are all at home, so that means we all need some major beauty hacks since all of our salons, spray tans, etc are all closed. We asked you all on Instagram, and so many of you wanted some tips on how to do a lot of these beauty treatments at home, or just something to hold out until we can all go back!
**See all of our tips at the bottom of this post.
This Revlon hair brush dryer is AMAZING. Even if you are not good at drying your hair, this will give you an amazing blowout in no time. Our mom swears by it, too!

To get makeup off, and a good first clean of our faces, we love using these Neutrogena makeup wipes. They also come in a travel size.
Last, but not least, this Skinceutical C E ferulic acid is SO good and worth the money. It has vitamin c and helps to improve fine lines and wrinkles and also brightens skin.
but we recently bought this GrandeLash lash serum because we have heard nothing but great reviews! You can also use it with lash extensions.
Mascara
We use mascara on our bottom lashes, but when our lashes start to fall out, we use mascara to fill them in. We love this Lancome one, and this Too Faced one is amazing, too!
To be honest, we have never used false lashes, but these lashes have amazing reviews.
ROOT TOUCH UP/BLOWOUTS:
We are totally gray at our roots, so we need a good root touch up and all the help we can get drying our hair.
Root Touch Up
We swear by the root touch up spray because it is so easy to apply and really covers all the grey or roots up. If you don’t like spray, this powder is also good and works well!
We have been wanting one of these facial steamers for so long, and may need to bite the bullet and get one. It has great reviews on amazon and is budget friendly.

This microneedling tool because it helps to exfoliate your skin and improves the appearance of it. This one is affordable and we have this one at thome!

We rely on self tanners in between our spray tans! We LOVE this foam one on amazon, and use it on our face. These tanning drops are also great for your face.
We are all at home, so we thought we’d share some of our favorite sweet snacks. We haven’t tried all of these, but the ones we haven’t, have great reviews. In case you missed our healthier snack options, you can find that post here.

Sam is a MAJOR chocoholic, so to keep her satisfied, she loves any of the Hu Chocolate Bars. This one is raspberry and cashew butter and so good.
