I don’t know one person that is not a major fan of plaid. Okay, maybe there are a few people that aren’t fans of plaid, but how could you not be in love with this cape/poncho?! It is the perfect red color, and it is under $50! Oh, also it is reversible, and the other side is black and white, so it goes with everything!

You can dress this poncho/cape up or down like we did with these suede over-the-knee boots and jeans OR you could dress it up with some leather leggings or a black dress!

We need to talk about these OTK boots because they are amazing! They are the perfect neutral color and they fit even petites like us great! We are both around 5’1″, and we can wear these with no problem! They are also 25% off right now, aka you should totally snag them before they sell out!

Also, these jeans are worth every penny! They have the perfect amount of rips without being overly distressed! They are super stretchy and comfy and feel like you’re wearing leggings almost!

I have been on a major olive and burgundy kick this fall. It may be a little too warm for thick sweaters in Dallas right now, but I am still loving putting these outfits together for those of y’all! This outfit is so simple, but so fun, and looks like you spent more time putting it tougher than you did, aka the best kind of outfits!

This sweater is under $50 and comes in a few other colors, like a really pretty grey! This color is great because it goes with so many things like black, grey, jeans, olive, browns, etc. It is also super flattering on all skin tones, and just has a “warming” effect. I am wearing the XXS, and am pretty petite, but it still fits great!

I am obsessed with plaid scarf! I can’t believe I didn’t own one until now, but I have been wearing this one with everything!

This clutch is sold out in this exact style, but this one is almost identical, and just has a black leather accent on the sides! This is the perfect clutch for any outfit, and looks great when you mix it up with other prints like plaid!

The black peep toe booties are great because they are under $100 and have a shorter heel, so they’re comfortable to walk in all day. Since they are black, they look great with dresses, leggings, tights, etc. They can be dressed up for work or a night out, or dressed down with jean for during the day!

These jeans are great because they’re super stretchy, but they also have the perfect rips in the knees. They run TTS, and although they are pretty pricey, they are worth it in my opinion and will last a long time.

I will admit, I am definitely a summer kind of girl, but I am all about the fall clothes! As much as I am all about the brights, I love pulling out the earthy tones this time of year. I have to say, though, entering a new season is the best because it gives me the perfect excuse to buy some new shoes (not that I need one)! I love going to Nordstrom because they have such a great selection of women’s shoes for every kind of style! They have so many different brands at different price points, making it impossible for someone to not find the pair of shoes they were looking for!

Can we talk about how cute this dress is?! I was so obsessed with it the minute I saw it, that I HAD to have it! It comes in a lot of colors, AND it’s under $50! I loved this color for fall! Plus, it’s perfect for UT football games with cowboy boots or flats! I got it in the olive color too because I loved it to much! It runs true to size- but is a looser fit (I’m wearing xs). Okay, and these BOOTIES! They also come in some other colors, but I loved the olive green for fall. I treat it as a neutral, so they go with everything! They’re very comfortable and I love them for ‘fall’ in Texas (or California or Florida, where it’s still more of sandal weather than bootie weather).
Another reason I love the dress, is it’s perfect for traveling (or eating a lot, haha) because it’s very roomy without looking like a tent head on.
If you’re ever looking for a classic pair of sunnies, these are your match! This was the first pair of Ray Bans I purchased, and they are universally flattering!This is my go to stack of arm candy! These cuffs have been a recent addition, and I LOVE because they are simple and elegant.The quality of these are awesome, too! None of the stones have fallen out, which was a concern of mine. The other, rope-like cuffs are definitely investment pieces, but they are so classy that they will never go out of style!

If my mom taught me anything (and she taught me lots of incredible things #bestmomever), she instilled in my the notion that you can NEVER have too many shoes! I remember going into every single store, and my mom would immediately bolt to the shoes.

Years later, I may have wayyyy too many shoes, but the minute I walk into a store and find a super duper cute pair of shoes, like these, it’s as if I have none! For me, Nordstrom is that place! It’s as if there’s that glowing spotlight directly over the shoe department. It draws me right in the minute I walk into those doors. I love Nordstrom because they have such a great selection of women’s shoes for every kind of style! They have so many different brands at different price points, making it impossible for someone to not find the pair of shoes they were looking for!
