Happy Thursday! Today, we are excited to team up with Maidenform to talk about our favorite type of workout that sports our shape. As many of you all know, we workout pretty much every day. We just feel “off” if we don’t. Of course, we take days off here and there when our body isn’t feeling up to it, but we love staying active, and getting outdoor when the weather is nicer. Be sure to check out the bottom of the post for a chance to a Maidenform bra!Our favorite way to get sweaty is to lift weights, and do some cardio on the starimaster or treadmill. If the weather is nicer out, we will go on a run or walk outside, too! We love walking around the Katy Trail or White Rock Lake in Dallas. There is something so peaceful about being outside!When we are lifting weights, we like to focus each workout on a different muscle group. For example, one day we will work out our legs, and the next day, we would work out our arms or back. That way, you can really focus on different muscles each time.We love their bras because they flatter your shape, and lift and separate. They support you for medium-impact exercises like cardio and yoga, and minimize bounce when working out. These bras come in a bunch of fun colors like blue and pink!

Our workout schedule for the week of 3/3.
This question is what we seem to get pretty often. A lot of y’all want to know, how do we go so long without washing our hair, even when we are working out pretty much every day. Honestly, this used to gross us out SO much. When we were in high school, washing our hair every.single.day was a normal thing. Now, we both try to stretch that to like 5 days, or even sometimes, a week!
We know that sounds really gross at first, but it is so much better for your hair!
Usually, this is how it goes for us:
Day One: wash hair normally. We use this shampoo and this conditioner.
Day Two: we ALWAYS wash our bodies and shave our legs every single day, no matter what. We use these clips to clip our hair up and use this shower cap, for when we are washing our bodies in the shower.
Of course, like everyone else, our scalp gets sweaty and wet from our workouts, so we will use this hair dryer to dry the wet pieces, and just give some life to our hair. If your hair already feels greasy, use some dry shampoo in the areas of your roots that seem greasier. We suggest this and this dry shampoo. After this, style your hair as usual. We also like to spray perfume in our hair, especially if you’ve been working out outside or something. This is our favorite perfume right now!

Day Three: Repeat steps from day two, but you will probably have to add more dry shampoo than the day before.
Day Four: We are usually able to keep repeating the same steps as above, but some of y’all may have to go the top bun or braid route. You could also curl the ends of your hair and throw it up in a pony!
Day Five: If you’re feeling brave, you could do another braid or up-do, OR try a cute baseball cap or fedora hat. If you’re just not feeling another day of greasy hair, you can feel free to wash it this day.
Stick to it, and remember the longer you do this, the longer you can go without washing your hair, and train it to not get greasy! We promise it feels gross once you finish a workout, but after you style it, it feels totally fine!;)

After that, we will usually run some errands like get groceries, and then work the rest of the day on our computers, aka stay in these clothes all day! If we have meetings or appointments, we will head back home and shower and either change into the same type of outfit because comfort alway wins, or something cute and casual! I know we had actually gotten a few requests to do a post on what our schedule/routine is, so that is coming soon.Now, about this outfit! We are OBSESSED with this brand of leggings. You may remember this post with the bright red crops, and those are actually the same brand as these. They fit amazingly! These leggings are available in a crop version, and we also found a few similar pairs here and here.
These shoes are probably one of our top tennis shoes right now. It seems to be the pair we keep grabbing to put on each time we workout. At first, not going to lie, it is not the type of shoe we would typically go for, but now we LOVE them. They are great for working out, or just throwing on with leggings and a cute tee. They also come in a bunch of colors! This color is ON SALE!
