I really like listening to your podcasts and love that you graduated from UT (me too) hook’em!!.. I have always struggled with finding consistency in my diet, especially when I am crunched for time and my husband eats whatever but has no problem with weight gain. I have a hard time finding balance with food especially now because I work long hours. Do yall usually meal prep for the week? Any tips you can give on keeping others from influencing your diet? Thanks!!

Thank you so much! Hook ‘Em! We work from home, so we don’t have to meal prep a ton, but we like to prep. When we worked corporate jobs, we definitely would prep on sundays! We def recommend it!
Things like quinoa, lentils, roasted veggies, chopped raw veggies, lentil pasta, etc. Then it is easy to throw together. You acn also roast potatoes or cook them in the air fryer!
