Our Tips For Traveling Overseas

Anyone headed on a trip coming up? If you are, we are super jelly! We had some requests to share some of our tips for traveling, specifically overseas. These tips can really apply to any trip you’re going on, though. Before we head out on a trip, we always like to try and pack at least one carry-on bag. We absolutely hate having to wait for our bags at the luggage carousel, UGH. Especially if we are going overseas, we always bring a carry-on bag to bring some necessities, which we will highlight in a little bit!These Jon Hart Design bags are the PERFECT bags for traveling overnight, for a weekend, or even overseas. They can fit SO much in them, and they are personalized, which we love. They make a great gift, too. Can we talk about how CUTE this new pink color they have is?!The smaller one is the Daytripper, which is perfect for day trips (like the name, haha), or it makes a great gym bag. We love using this one to go to our boyfriend’s place for the night or weekend because it is a perfect size!The bigger one is the Weekender Bag. This one is a great carry-on bag for traveling because it holds so much and it has a long strap to carry on your body.And, now for our tips:

Travel size items in your carry-on bag to freshen up after the flight. We recommend:
- face moisturizer
- body moisturizer
- deodorant
- toothbrush and toothpaste
- makeup
- makeup remover wipes
Change of clothes
- we suggest bringing either a change of clothes (like leggings and a loose top or hoodie) or just a top or jacket to change into when landing.
Comfy slip ons sneakers or flip flops to walk around plane on so you don’t have to lace up your shoes every time
Thick socks to snuggle in on the plane
Refillable water bottle- we like this one!
Healthy snacks to stay un-hangry! We suggest:
- Quest bars
- nuts
- apple
A good neck pillow
Noise canceling headphones
Ipad or tablet to watch pre-downloaded movies on

Spring Finds Under $100

Happy Thursday! I did a poll on my instagram stories earlier this week and a lot of y’all wanted to start seeing spring pieces, so we are sharing some of our favorite pieces we have our eyes on all under $100! We can’t wait for warmer temps, and to start wearing some brighter colors! What about y’all?

A few pieces to highlight + why we love them:

White jeans are an ABSOLUTE must. We wear them all year, and you can wear them so many ways, its ridiculous! If you don’t own a pair, add them to your cart, girlie! 😉

How fun are these sunnies?! LOOOOVE the pink shade and the shape! They also come in tortoise!

We love switching up our phone cases every once in a while. This brand really protects your phone, even if you drop your phone a million times like we do!

A cardigan is one of the best transitional pieces and great for layering. This one comes in several colors, but we just love the yellow! Such a happy color!

We get asked all of the time what our fave self tanner is. This one is the bomb.com (more in this post on it)!

These leopard flats are so fun, and yes, they are a neutral in our book!

Can we talk about how ADORABLE these pink sandals are?! We just ordered ourselves a pair. We have them in red and wear them all of the time.

These purple sneakers are sooo cute and you can totally rock these with jeans, without looking frumpy!

What To Wear On A Date

We are back today with a fun post for y’all that we had a few requests for! We are sharing some tips of what we would recommend to wear on a date! It can be so hard to figure out what to wear, especially when you don’t know them that well (or it is a first date!). An outfit like this one is simple, but cute! Plus, it shows off your cute booty;) We paired some white jeans with these super cute peep toe booties and a fun sweater.
This exact sweater is sold out, but we found this one and this one that are super similar. They both are super comfy, and can be worn with white jeans like this, or with some darker jeans. This clutch is super fun for spring, and it even has a really cute little tassel zipper keychain. So fun for a little getaway!
We wanted to give you all some other date night outfit ideas, too!

Valentine’s Day Festive

Top Investment Pieces

We are so excited to share today’s post with y’all! We get SO many questions on what we think are important pieces to invest in, so we wanted to round up our favorites for y’all. Of course, there are a lot more you could invest in, but these are our top picks!

REAL LEATHER JACKET:

We own a few moto jackets, but one of our top investment pieces is a real leather jacket. Yes, it is a lot to spend, BUT, you will have it forever, and it is just timeless. You can wear it all year long (with jeans, leggings, dresses, skirts, etc.) This one is a great option. If you’re looking for a good faux one, this one is our fave.

CLASSIC SUNNIES:

Sunglasses are so important! This pair is timeless (have had my pair for years) and they work for both genders! They are also super flattering on any face shape, so basically a win-win!

LITTLE BLACK DRESS (LBD):

You can’t beat a good LBD. This one is super flattering because of the ruching on the sides, and you can dress it up or down!

CASHMERE SCARF/WRAP:

This one is a great piece for any time of year. You can use it as a scarf in the fall/winter, or as a wrap in the spring/summer. It is something you can use year after year, and black is just classic.

DARK DENIM:

You can’t beat a good pair of denim jeans. This dark pair is a classic, and it can be dressed up or down. This pair is great quality and lasts after tons of washes.

NUDE PUMPS:

Yes, these are an investment, but they are SO flattering. They go with everything and are just timeless. You can wear these with jeans for date night, or to work with a dress or skirt.

EVERY DAY BAG:

This bag is a great every day bag. You can wear it with jeans or workout clothes for daytime, or dress it up with all black for a night out. This color is a great neutral, but the black is also gorgeous. We also have this bag and highly recommend it!

CLASSIC WATCH:

This watch is the one we have and we still LOVE it after over 6 years. It is just a classic, and you can even switch the bands out for a different look. Our mom has the same one, and we all love ours!

NEUTRAL SANDALS:

These heels are actually very affordable and also super flattering. They are the kind of pair you can wear with SO many pieces, and they just work well. This color is a must! Oh, and they are really comfy, too!

DIAMOND STUDS:

Honestly, we were not major diamond girls… until recently. Our grandpa got us some earrings when we graduated from college, and we honestly, have not taken them off since we got them. These just work for every day, and who doesn’t love a good sparkle?!

CLASSIC WHITE BUTTON DOWN:

We know it seems kind of “work-ish”, but really, you can wear this top so many ways. A white shirt is just classic! You can wear it under a sweater with jeans, with a pencil skirt for work, tied up with some shorts in the summer, over a dress or romper, or under a blazer. So versatile!

Happy Thursday! We have gotten a few requests to do a post with some of our fave workouts tops, and we thought it was such a good idea! Y’all know we are super into working out and fitness, and we all know new workout gear is what gets us all motivated, right?

We wanted to put together some of our favorite tops that can be worn in and out of the gym, without looking frumpy, but also serve a purpose!

We recommend a good short-sleeved top for layering up, especially when it is too hot for long-sleeves, and too cold for a tank. This one (#1) is a great neutral color and can be worn with some bright leggings, or just basic black!

We own this black tank (#2) and it comes in several other colors. Just a good basic racerback tank!

A higher neckline tank like this one (#4) is just super flattering and makes your arms and shoulder look more cut. Just a fun fact! 😉

LOVEEE this asymmetrical cut of this one (#5)! And, it comes in black!

If y’all are feeling risky, this crop top (#6) is suuuuper cute! Just sayin’

How fun is the back of this tank (#8)?! The cutout doesn’t come up too high, which we love!

If you’re looking for a long sleeve top, (#9) and (#12) are both good options! Love how they are more fitted for layering up.

This twisted top is a MUST (#10). You can wear it straight from the gym to errands or brunch without looking like you worked out!

If you’re an outdoor runner, this top (#11) is for you! It actually glows in the dark!
